My name is Julie Shaw, I’m 54 years old and I’ve always loved baking!
I was diagnosed with a gluten/wheat intolerance around 17 years ago and struggled to find tasty alternative cakes and bakes (which back then was impossible!) It’s a lot easier to find gluten free products now in shops, but the list of added preservatives and ingredients I’ve never heard of is endless…
So, after being made redundant from school in 2019,after working there for 19 years, I decided to take this opportunity to start my own gluten free baking business. It’s been over
and I’m loving every minute!
